We were at Poreta
for three nights. On the first day we cycled to Montefalco,
on the opposite side of the valley, and had lunch at
a trattoria in the square. It was excellent. I had stuffed
black celery which is a local delicacy and it was delicious
On the second day we caught up with a backlog of work
on the computer, did the laundry, and went for a walk.
In the evening we went to the restaurant at the castle
above Poreta for dinner. It was disappointing, poor
food and very expensive.
